Each agency's strategic goals and information resources management goals are being adjusted to allign with the Information Technology Management Reform Act which defines the information technology architecture (ITA). This requires each Agency Chief Information Officer (CIO) to be "developing, maintaining, and facilitating the implementation of a sound and integrated information technology architecture".

North American Management's Technology Division provides expert resources to assist program offices prepare documentation requirments, that establish compliance for thier program office IT initiatives with these guidelines. Our experienced team of IT analysts and technologists have had first hand experience using:

  • the I-TIPS process, and preparing the supporting documentation required by OMB Circular A-130
  • an integrated framework for evolving or maintaining existing information technology and acquiring new information technology
  • information systems qualifications (as defined in OMB Circular A-130) with the processes that support the agency's missions
